50% Deposit to Begin Production
Every custom order requires a 50% upfront deposit before production starts. This allows us to secure materials and begin crafting your personalized product.
Crafted With Care
Each personalized product is made specifically for you. Production requires a minimum of 3 months, depending on the complexity and customization of your order.
Transparent & Fair Policy
Once production has started, cancellation is limited. If you choose not to collect or complete your purchase, 20% of your deposit will be refunded, while the remainder covers materials, labor, and production costs already incurred.
